Due to popular demand -- a vinyl-only Twilight Circus LP, pressed on
audiophile 180 gram vinyl and cut for maximum drum and bass at the famed
Dubplates & Mastering facility in Berlin (Basic Channel/Chain Reaction).
In the tradition of 1998 Twilight Circus release, 'Dub Plate Selection',
this new LP pairs exclusive cuts with dubplate versions of
existing tracks that were previously only available as white labels to a
few djs and sound systems. DUB PLATES VOL 2 is raw dub that is full of
killer songs - a tc classic!

Twilight Circus Dub Sound System ringmaster, multi-instrumentalist and
engineer/producer, Ryan Moore, a Canadian now based in Amsterdam, began
his experiments with dub in the early '80's and is a veteran of the
alternative music scene. He has worked with artists like Skinny Puppy,
Download, Single Gun Theory, appears on over 50 cd
productions with various artists, and is a long standing member of the
underground legends, The Legendary Pink Dots and The Tear Garden.
Through its quality releases, the Twilight Circus Dub Sound System has
become known as one of the most innovative outfits working in the dub
genre today. Twilight Circus has performed 100's of live performances around the
world spreading its unique dub sound to audiences in Europe, America, Russia & beyond. Top
djs like Mixmaster Morris and Dj Spooky regularily spin Twilight Circus
in their sets.
The recordings of the Twilight Circus Dub Sound System are made with
live instrumentation and use no programming or computer sequencing - the
few samples or loops are played live and "on the fly" to the multi
track. Deep dub that's rooted in the tradition and full of fresh
experimentation!
